Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor from America. She is best known for portraying Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also portrayed the recurring character of Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. In Maury County, she began instructing Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. In 1998 she married Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved into Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she first began teaching the fourth grade. In 1999 and 2000 she was teaching while getting her Masters of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their youngest son Baylor to the family in 2000. Ashley is focusing her energies in the last 15 years to ensure the health of her children's congregation and community. Ashley has been an educator and leader in Thompson Station's Preschool and Students Ministry for 13 years. Ashley was a homeschooler for her three kids during the time she was her home. As they homeschooled their children, they were able to attend a tutoring session at which Ashley taught History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. Ashley loved being at home with her kids and loved teaching them. However, God made it clear that it was time for them to go back fully-time. Brent and Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz Cruz, both GCA students. Baylor is an GCA graduate who plays baseball at UT-Martin. Callan is a graduate of GCA, and attends Western Kentucky University.
